• View and share links to any page on this site.
• Embed videos using the share and embed tools provided by the original platform (for example YouTube).
• Quote short excerpts of written text for commentary, criticism, news reporting, teaching or review, with a clear credit and a link back to the original page.

• Copying, downloading, reproducing, editing, publishing, broadcasting or selling any photograph, video or full article.
• Using any content in advertising, merchandise, books, exhibitions, documentaries, training data for AI or machine learning systems, or any commercial project.

Photographs and video of people are published with consent, in public settings, or for legitimate editorial purposes. If you appear in something on this site and would like it reviewed or removed, contact us and we will respond promptly and in good faith.

• Embedded videos and posts. on YouTube, Instagram, X, Threads, Facebook and others remain the property of their owners and are subject to each platform’s terms and privacy practices.
• Headlines and short excerpts. shown from other publications belong to those publications. Each item links to the original article and names its source.
• Credits. where work includes contributions from collaborators, interviewees or other photographers, they are credited on the item page and keep their own rights unless agreed otherwise in writing.

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to mmvugy@gmail.com that includes: your name and contact details; a description of the work you say was infringed; the exact page address (URL) of the material; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your signature (typed is fine). We will review and, where appropriate, remove the material promptly.

We collect very little. We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers. There are no visitor accounts.

• Basic visit data. No analytics provider is currently used on this site. If one is added later, this page will name it and say what it collects.
• Site activity counts. We may keep simple counts of which videos, photos and links are opened and what is searched on the site. These records contain no names, emails or IP addresses.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and message, and use them only to reply.
• Technical logs. Our hosting and database providers may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and timestamps) for security and reliability.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not send it to us.

To understand which work is useful to readers, to keep the site secure and working, to respond to your messages, and to meet legal obligations. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

This site uses only strictly necessary storage. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

• Hosting and storage. Lovable Cloud.
• Analytics. None.
• Embedded media and social links. when you play an embedded video or click a social icon, that platform may collect data under its own privacy policy. Embeds load only when you interact with them where technically possible.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety.

Messages: up to 12 months after our last reply unless needed longer. Detailed activity counts: 13 months, then only daily totals. Analytics provider data: per that provider’s retention settings.

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live (for example the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California), you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Email mmvugy@gmail.com; we respond within 30 days. To opt out of analytics, enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser.

We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and a single protected admin account. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We link to outside publications and platforms. We do not control their content or privacy practices.

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.
